Lynn Argenbright decided, on her own, to contact Ed Paulsen & Gene Schramm. They took the time to care about me as a person; rather than just dealing with the issue. How refreshing this is to see in the ‘times’ we live in. A meeting was arranged for me to meet with Kaiser and discuss my situation. Lynn and Gene came to be by my side. On the few occasions where I have called and my customer service rep is unavailable, whoever answers my call unfailingly provides superb service. Instead of having me wait until my rep can call me back, Georgette in particular have taken the initiative to help me reach a resolution themselves. I called PSA with a claims issue at 5pm on a Friday. PSA got the entire situation resolved within 30 minutes.  A lot of times I feel like I am PSA’s only client.

My family has had an ongoing problem with balance billing between Patient First and Kaiser for many years. PSA has been a godsend at navigating through this dilemma. When I fax my bills, my rep immediately starts to work. PSA is excellent at calling me to update the situation.
